We currently offer delivery to addresses in the United Kingdom through the shipping options shown at checkout. Orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Standard UK delivery is typically 5–12 business days after dispatch; the checkout estimate is the most accurate available for your address.
Shipping charges are displayed in GBP before payment. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by customs, weather, carrier disruption, or incomplete address information. If an order is delayed, contact nathanaeleinara6465@outlook.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
If import VAT, duty, or handling charges apply to a shipment, they will be shown or explained at checkout where Shopify provides the calculation; otherwise the recipient may be responsible for charges requested by the carrier. We cannot deliver to a PO Box where the carrier does not support it. Please check your address carefully because re-delivery caused by an incorrect address may incur a new charge.
